Walking in the grass!
Logan walked over 10 steps all at once in the grass yesterday! It was so awesome to see him getting around outside for the first time! I could tell by his clapping and smiles that he is going to love being outside this summer...I am going to be a busy woman. :)

Logan Walking!
This little stinker went from crawling to walking everywhere in a matter of 24 hours. He even pivots around to change directions and can stop and start as he goes along. His PT had to evaluate his skills a couple of weeks ago and she put him at an 11 month old level, but after seening him in action yesterday, she said that eval should say 12-15 months now! She was VERY impressed with the huge changes in just the last two weeks! In the video, he is walking without his orthotics. With them on, he does walk with his feet a bit closer together, but I know he would rather not have them on. He does tend to trip over his shoes when they are on.

It's Official!
Logan is a walker...he walked today more than he crawled! He turns two on May 13th, so he will be quite the showoff on his birthday! Of course, you all are saying "I told you so!". He did surprise me once again. He falls down A LOT, but he gets right up and keeps going. I am so proud of him and his determination!

More Steps!
In the second clip of this video, Logan takes the most steps he has taken so far. Yesterday, he was willing to try over and over again...even after some hard falls.

Logan's First Steps
Over the past week, Logan has attempted his first steps! He has made up his mind that he wants to try so he gives it his best shot a few times each day. I know we have a long way to go before he is actually walking, but I am so proud of him for taking these BIG first steps, and he is doing it Logan style (all by himself, without help).

More Steps!
I just watched Logan stand up in the middle of the room and take three steps...no motivator needed. He did it all by himself. I am SO excited that he is interested in trying to walk all by himself without me pushing him to try!! This could be huge because he always has to make up his own mind about things before he will do them. I have to go charge up the video camera!!
